We charge a flat $2,650 for a custom site for up to 3
attorneys
Then it's $500 additional per attorney.
No hidden charges. No surprises.
What you get:
A custom site.
These sites are NOT
templates, sub-sites, database driven or otherwise automated. They
are custom from the beginning. The advantage? Template sites tend to
be invisible to search engines, all look the same and often contain
pages/material not relevant to your needs. We have a very reasonable
update service. If you need a complex site you can maintain yourself
- you'll have to go somewhere else. We have found that simple sells.
Big time. Besides, you are busy solving people's problems. Leave the
web stuff to us. We know what we are doing.
The full
attention of our web designers. We will take your
existing corporate "look and feel" (if you have one) or we will
create a fresh design including a logo if that's what you need. You
will have input into the progress we make. We will work closely with
you to design a site that matches your identity. We will also help
you with catchy and persuasive page headings and intro verbiage. We
have developed a way to create sticky home pages, people tell us the
visitors like coming to our client's web sites. There is definitely
a trick to it, and it's different for each client.
Hosting
arrangement if you need it, or we'll work with your
current host service to get the site published. We usually complete
a site in 4-6 weeks if you provide the material in a timely manner.
We will also re-size and clean up your pictures (staff, office, town
etc..) and make them load fast. We will create a subtle FLASH logo
if we see that it would enhance the overall site.
A fully
optimized site for search engines. This is most
definitely tricky, since they change the way they index web sites
constantly to foil people like us trying to get a free ride. We keep
on top of this.
Intake
Forms visitors can download (you supply forms in any
format, we can convert to PDF).
Newsletter
retrievals and other documents and articles you might
want to share with visitors.
Bottom line:
The goal here is to set up a
site that works. Easy to navigate, reflects your firm image, is
persuasive enough to convince potential clients to contact you.
What you DON'T get for
this price (services
available at $80/hour):
Databases, ActiveX calendars, fancy FLASH intros (we
don't believe in them), movies, Java calculators etc.
P.S. We can do this
because we have low overhead and we want to pass the savings to our
