Ask a Lawyer Driving On A Suspended Driver s License

I was arrested for driving on a suspended driver license. I recently got my driver license reinstated. I have a court date in a couple of days and I was wondering if I should take a lawyer or if it would just be thrown out because I have my license reinstated?
